How do I ensure my friends email messages are delivered to my inbox?

Under normal circumstances your friends email messages will be delivered automatically to your inbox. In the rare situation where a friend or business associate's email is placed in quarantine you can add them to your personal email allowlist which will prevent future messages from the specific sender from being placed in quarantine except in the event of a virus infected message.

We do not recommend you add all your friends and associates to your allowlist, but the option is there in situations where their email message resembles spam.
